Maybe something along the lines of a "name that wine" game, where there are a variety of different types of wine out to sample and people try them and guess what they are.
Free Designated Driver nights???
You could serve a complimentary cheese with the wine, and fruit. There are cheeses that go well with certain wines, and even compliment the wines well. You could run a raffle for 1 free wine a month for 6 months, or do door prizes. Hope this helps. Sorry I couldn't provided more ideas. Good luck :)
Talk to your local Riedel rep. They often will sponsor a comparative tasting of several wines served in Riedel crystal and also in generic stemware, so people can smell and taste the difference the Riedel stems make. Afterwards, the customers keep their glasses.

The price of the tasting will look expensive, but is actually a really good deal considering the retail value of the stemware people will be taking home.
Board Games/cards
Home winemaking. Trips to local wineries (if any).
You can emphasize music by providing a live performance. As we all know music is most wonderful with a good drink and a belly brimming with food. Ballroom, classical, Spanish it's all good.

If possible discounts on dancing lessons.

Bobbing for fermented apples.

CMN or Sick Kids contribution. Followed by a tax break depending on amount donated.

Door prizes would be nice too.
Yeah, like an acoustic guitar player or fun jazz... something that people can socialize over, and not need to yell... maybe a special guest every few months, a wine maker to explain how the wine is made (and then feature that wine that night) Also feature a local wine. Here in Ohio, they are really starting to push local vineyards, so maybe you could do something like that.
