Just bought MCF: Prime suspects & it doesn't work?

I'm on the first case and I try to get into the "Mingo's playhouse" screen and the game goes black %26amp; the screen doesn't load. How can I fix this? Or can I get a refund?

First try uninstalling it and reinstalling it because there may have been a glitch in the first install. If that doesn't work take it back to the store you bought it at and they should give you another copy of it. They won't give you your money back but if it's been less than 90 days they will give you another one!!!
